We are seeking a driven and accomplished executive Senior Strategy Project Manager to join our Strategy team. Reporting to our VP Strategy, this is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of our product strategy and identifying new levers for growth.

In this role, you’ll bring structure, market insight, and sharp thinking to help guide strategic product decisions that drive business impact.

✨ Main tasks

  • Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities, by researching new segments, businesses, and geographies, and assessing their potential against long-term objectives.

  • Set objectives: Collaborate with leadership to define the annual strategic plan and set quarterly targets for departments and company projects.

  • Gather strategic insights from customers, competitors, internal teams, and market data to ensure Swan’s offering remains innovative and relevant.

  • Collaborate closely with product and business teams to align product priorities with business opportunities, and help drive key decisions around features and roadmap direction.

  • Measure performance across departments by measuring key metrics against targets, and identifying growth areas and operational improvement opportunities.

  • Oversee company-wide projects and cross-functional initiatives to ensure collaboration and meet company objectives.


Profil recherché

You’re a great match if:

  • Strong experience in strategy and/or top-tier consulting, ideally within fintech or SaaS environments.

  • You have a proven track record in managing strategic, cross-functional projects, and can juggle multiple priorities efficiently.

  • Analytical mindset: you excel at navigating complex business data, market trends, and performance metrics to guide decisions.

  • You are a strategic thinker with excellent business acumen and a strong product sense.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills: you can rally stakeholders and drive alignment across teams.

  • You are hands-on, adaptable, and proactive, with a strong bias for action and a results-oriented mindset.

  • You’re an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, and you know how to influence and negotiate effectively.
