The Procurement & Supply Chain team consists of 10 people, spread between France and Brazil, covering procurement, purchasing, and supply activities.
Key stakeholders : Legal, Accounting, FP&A, Leadership team
Main missions :
Here is a non-exhaustive list of your future missions.
Negotiating with providers on any type of categories/ Business model (Professional fee, Marketing, Tech, IT, Product, ..)
Run end-to-end competitive sourcing processes (RFPs)
Negotiate with existing suppliers to improve terms and manage renewals.
Build business cases and TCO models to improve the current way of doing things and to identify additional efficiencies.
Execute Local procurement strategies directly linked to a global Procurement department
Enable Global synergies
Identify & Manage local intiative
Partner with legal to ensure contracts meet business requirements as well as Swile’s legal and compliance Partner with Finance to ensure to capture all the data (bills & budget)
P2P Tool Management: Develop a strong understanding and control of the P2P tool (Payflows) to effectively deploy new features and maximize its usage.
SRM Tool Deployment: Conduct market research to evaluate 10 identified providers, identify the best fit for our core model, and successfully deploy the selected tool within an expected timeline of 4 months.

Experience working in multi-market & multi-product organizations with global and local procurement functions
Experience with negotiating contracts with vendors
