Descriptif du poste

  • You will support the Institutional Sales team with sales activities, meetings and the onboarding process of new clients
  • Perform initial contact with the prospects as well as continuous follow up in coordination with Head of Desk
  • You play an active role in acquiring and onboarding corporate clients and sell the entire trading range from equities, bonds, funds, ETFs, structured products to cryptocurrencies
  • Your radius of activity is Switzerland and German-speaking countries.
  • You will work in a small and dynamic team and can develop further in the various segments
  • You identify customer groups and support the development of the corresponding sales strategy as well as its planning and implementation and have the opportunity to actively shape and further develop this area
  • You will work closely with the internal specialist departments (legal, compliance, IT, back office, etc.) to ensure that the onboarding of new customers and ongoing business can be managed efficiently and smoothly
  • You will have access to strong marketing channels and be able to play an active role at events

Profil recherché

  • Completed training or studies with at least two years of experience
  • Fluency in written and spoken German and a good command of English, knowledge of French is an advantage
  • Experienced financial market knowledge, flair and great interest in investment topics
  • Personal responsibility and entrepreneurial qualities as well as a high level of social competence and service orientation are of particular importance
  • Service-oriented and enthusiastic personality with a strong customer focus, sense of responsibility and a high level of initiative
  • You have a strong entrepreneurial gene and a high affinity for acting with integrity, honesty and ethics

Your team

The Institutional Sales & Partners team consists of six people and ensures the acquisition and activation of new customers in the various institutional segments. The members of the team work independently to achieve the jointly set targets. The basis for excellent and successful customer development is a cooperative and informal working relationship. There is a very good team spirit in the team in combination with a pronounced winner mentality. Standing up for each other, sticking together and helping each other are just as much a matter of course as respectful interaction and the common will to achieve goals and celebrate success.
