The role & responsibilities

The Business Director will take ownership of Sysnav’s sales growth and will drive the business across the full sales cycle, with a focus on strategy and customer acquisition.

The role reports to the Program Director and the company board.

More precisely, the responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out market analysis to uncover trends, customer demands, and potential areas for growth in order to define a business development strategy and associated roadmap.

  • Analyzing and understanding the needs of prospects and customers and feeding information back to Sysnav’s management (program management, product development management, sales & marketing leadership, and company CEO).

  • Tracking performance indicators and regularly report progress to management. Working cross-functionally to ensure messaging alignment, operational coordination, and evangelization of the strategy.

  • Maximizing impact of lead generation by driving Marketing and Product teams to develop and execute effective sales prospecting campaigns.

  • Seeking out and engage potential partners. Building long-term relationships with our clients, ensure high satisfaction levels and continuously educate them on the possibilities and benefits of our technology.

  • Crafting and implementing customized sales plans to optimize business opportunities.

  • Reflecting and reporting on sales effectiveness to recommend program adjustments and product strategy evolution as necessary.

Location

SYSNAV’s head office is located in Vernon (27), 45 minutes from Paris, and has offices near the Saint Lazare train station.


Profil recherché

  • At least 6-10 years of experience in international sales or international business development in high-tech companies.

  • Proven negotiation abilities, closing commercial deals and partnerships.

  • A strong interest for disruptive technology with a true impact in terms of functional capabilities.

  • Exceptional skills around self-organization and communication (verbal and in writing).

  • A passion for understanding customers/prospects and their problems.

  • Full fluency in English & French.

  • Master’s degree from a Tier 1 Engineering or Business Management School.
