Context
The PLD (Personnel Location Device) program - also known as the “Pedestrian Program” - is one of the primary applications of SYSNAV’s MAGNETO-INERTIAL* NAVIGATION technology. The aim of this program is to provide real-time location of personnel working in hazardous environments. These personnel are each equipped with a SYSNAV device which collects their movement data and reconstructs their movements, without the need for any infrastructure (such as satellites, radio beacons, Bluetooth beacons, etc.).
The PLD program operates in two main application scenarios:
Industry: SYSNAV technology is used on high-risk industrial sites, such as those classified as SEVESO, to pinpoint the exact location of workers in real time, particularly isolated workers, in order to improve response times in the event of an accident. It is also used to efficiently locate points of interest and critical points on industrial sites, with the aim of optimizing operational processes, facilitating and securing the movement of workers, and guaranteeing the safety of first responders (firefighters, emergency services) in action.
Defense and security: In collaboration with the French government and other key players in the field of defense and first-responders, SYSNAV uses its technology to help soldiers, firefighters, and other emergency services to locate and ensure their safety.

This marketing role has been created to help the PLD program growth to its next level, implementing international strategies across its solutions on B2B markets.
Missions
More precisely, the responsibilities include:
Marketing and Communications Strategy: working cross-functionally to ensure messaging alignment, operational coordination, and evangelization of the strategy.
Product & Solution Marketing: By analyzing market trends and customers’ needs, you are able to define and implement the best online and offline strategies to promote our brand and our solutions.
Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing & Lead Generation: maximizing impact of lead generation by collaborating with Sales to develop and execute effective sales prospecting campaigns.
Monitoring of KPIs: we would like you to help us set up and monitor a series of indicators associated with the BU’s business plan and marketing roadmap.
Other assignments of your choice: depending on the topics you would like to be involved in, you can work on other marketing, Press, & public relations, or strategic topics to be discussed together.
Location
Située à Vernon sur l’Axe Seine, à 45 minutes de Paris et à 30 minutes de Rouen, SYSNAV bénéficie d’une situation géographique privilégiée.
4 jours de présence minimum sur site par semaine sont souhaités, 1 jour de télétravail possible.
Une solution de logement est proposée par l’entreprise : 3 maisons de stagiaires, chacune à 5 minutes des bureaux, proposant des studios loués meublés et équipés (kitchenette et salle de bain privée) pour 350€/mois
(APL applicable ~150€).
Issu(e) d’une grande école de commerce ou d’ingénieurs, vous cherchez un stage de césure ou de fin d’études.

Vous êtes à l’aise pour vous exprimer à l’oral comme à l’écrit en français et anglais (niveau avancé).
