💡Contexte

As a Sales Executive, you will join the Sales team and report directly to Lina, our Chief Sales Officer. You will have the opportunity to significantly contribute to Skaleet’s growth in the European market, enhance your expertise in selling complex software, and deepen your understanding of the banking world, particularly in the fintech sector.

👉Your missions

  • Develop “Outbound” prospecting to generate business opportunities with financial institutions in Europe and internationally.

  • Establish a well-structured follow-up strategy to maximize conversion rates.

  • Support leads and prospects through the initial stages of project qualification.

  • Drive opportunities to completion, including structuring and negotiating deals.

  • Coordinate responses to RFPs and RFIs while working closely with internal teams.

  • Act as a source of innovation, contributing to value creation, and maintain ongoing market intelligence in your sector.

Lina is our Chief Sales Officer. Graduated from EDHEC with a first career at the BPCE Group, she joined Skaleet four years ago. She oversees the Sales and Partnership teams operating in Africa and Europe.

Profil recherché

✨ You are a great match if :

  • Education: Master’s degree from a top-tier business school.

  • Experience: minimum of 4 years in a fintech or a bank as a Sales.

  • Languages: Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to collaborate with diverse teams, an excellent team player.

  • Proven sales experience in Core banking / Software: skilled in managing sales cycles, prospecting, creating value, negotiating, and closing deals.

  • You thrive on challenges, have an entrepreneurial mindset, and enjoy the energy of scale-ups.

  • Bonus Points: Previous experience in an international or European setting is a plus.


Déroulement des entretiens

  • A first video call with Maxime from the HR team to get to know each other and tell you more about Skaleet, our company culture & values (30’).

  • A technical interview with Quentin (Senior Sales Executive) to dive deeper into the specifics of the role (60’).

  • An interview with Lina (CSO) to talk about the product vision.

  • A final meeting at our offices in Boulogne with Martin, our CEO (60’).
