💡Contexte
As part of the Customer team and reporting directly to the Head of Account Management, you are responsible for promoting our product to our clients. Your role involves managing a portfolio of clients on a daily basis, with the goal of driving their growth by providing your industry expertise and being attentive to their needs.
👉Your missions
Client Management
Develop and maintain an annual relationship management plan for all assigned accounts.
Oversee the customer success journey for Skaleet clients, ensuring successful execution of their contracts (onboarding, adoption, expansion, and advocacy).
Acquire, maintain, and document a deep understanding of managed clients, including their company structure, customers, product offerings, strategy, financials (P&L/budget, including IT), organizational chart, and more.
Regularly identify, engage, and maintain contact with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the client organization, particularly at the executive level.
Analyze, communicate, and ensure follow-up on key exchanges between the client and Skaleet’s internal teams (pre-sales, R&D, billing, marketing, product, executive management, etc.).
Ensure that clients become advocates for Skaleet by maintaining high levels of satisfaction and reinforcing the perceived quality of the Skaleet solution.
Upsell & Shared Growth
Generate and close opportunities for additional recurring revenue through deliverables defined in collaboration with R&D and the Product team.
Drive mutual organic growth for both clients and Skaleet by leveraging data generated by the Skaleet solution and applying industry best practices.

Education: Master’s degree from a top-tier business school.
Experience: minimum of 5 years in a fintech or a bank as an Account Manager.
Languages: Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to collaborate with diverse teams, an excellent team player.
You are comfortable managing client relationships for software solution providers operating in SaaS mode (ERP, CBS, CRM, etc.).
You thrive on challenges, have an entrepreneurial mindset, and enjoy the energy of scale-ups.
Bonus Points: Previous experience in an international or European setting is a plus.
