Customer Business Understanding: Analyze customer’s business landscape, priorities, challenges, and opportunities for optimization, transformation, and growth.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (Director, Senior Director, VP) to ensure successful engagements with TCS.

Solution & Service Integration: Leverage TCS’s IT, Business, and Engineering solutions to address customer needs and drive end-to-end sales cycles.

Industry & Market Expertise: Stay informed on TCS services, products, and industry trends to influence new offerings and investments.

Demand Generation: Drive business opportunities through workshops, cold calls, thought leadership, and marketing activities.

Proposal & Financial Management: Develop proposals, manage RFP/RFI responses, oversee invoicing, margins and payment processes.

Governance & Compliance: Own customer governance processes, ensuring alignment with procurement and compliance requirements.

Innovation & Delivery Excellence: Foster a culture of innovation and ensure TCS delivery teams bring the best solutions to customers.

Mentorship & Leadership: Act as a mentor for service delivery teams, ensuring alignment with customer objectives and business goals.


Profil recherché

Strategic Business Acumen: Well-connected and informed about the latest market trends, industry advancements, competition landscape, and Retail (incl . grocery, luxury) Domain-specific technologies.

Influence & Communication: Strong negotiation, articulation, and presentation skills with the ability to convey impactful messages effectively.

Results-Driven Approach: Ability to prioritize business objectives, drive outcomes with a sense of urgency, and ensure measurable success.

Leadership & People Management: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and manage internal teams and customers effectively.

Adaptability & Learning Agility: Quick to adapt to evolving environments, open to feedback, and committed to continuous learning.
