WHAT YOU WILL DO:
· Create a market visible practice
· Support critical projects with skills and governance & customer facing
· Support presales activities (contributing to solution development)
· Connect associates to relevant TCS Global practices
· Maintain high utilization of the community working with Global Resources Manager
· Enable fluidity of the associates working with the business units
· Engage continuously with all associates of the community through town halls/events/1to1/digital platforms
· Work along with Talent Development team to plan, develop and manage skills (Cross-skill /Up-skill). Alignment to Business needs and skills evolution in the industry
· Associate Career guidance by coaching and act as an anchor for the associate in the company
· Developing associate belongingness / Bond to TCS
· Execute performance management process for the associates in the community
WHO YOU ARE:
· Leadership skills to manage a strong skills group
· Strong Interpersonal skills & People Management skills
· Possess Technology skills of the community managed
· Prior experience of managing skills based community is an added advantage
· Good knowledge of Service Delivery in global context
· Ability to connect to Alliances / Partners
· Ability to work collaboratively with other functional groups within the organization
· Ability to manage & resolve conflicts
· French/English language proficiency
