Missions:

• As part of an AMS, Maintain the components and functionalities for SAP applications to fulfil customer’s demand.

• Customize SAP applications to find and fix issues and recover the original functionality.

• Being able to reach a double skills of fixing problems and deliver evolutions

• Assist in the configuration and testing

• Analyse the demand from the customer for SAP application customization to propose an appropriate solution and realization

• Prepare and maintain documentation of SAP processes, configurations and systems changes

• Interact with team members to understand SAP related needs

• Propose the change on customer’s application to satisfy customer’s needs

• Find and fix issues/errors on the application

Technical/Behavioral Competency

• Fluent English & French

• Knowledge on processes of the Utilities Sector (distributors, meter readings, ….)

• Curious, and hard worker

• Way of working “handson”

• Understanding of business environment and IT, processes, organization, implications of changes, ITIL

• Experience with SAP.

• Good communication and presentation skills
