Internship’s objectives:

• Customize SAP applications to find and fix issues and recover the original functionality.

• Being able to reach a double skill of fixing problems and deliver evolutions

• Assist in the configuration and testing

• Analyse the demand from the customer for SAP application customization to propose an appropriate solution and realization

• Prepare and maintain documentation of SAP processes, configurations, and systems changes

• Interact with team members to understand SAP related needs

• Propose the change on customer’s application to satisfy customer’s needs

• Find and fix issues/errors on the application

Internship’s advantage:

Profile:

• Fluent English & French

• Knowledge on processes of the Utilities Sector (distributors, meter readings…)

• Curious, and hard worker

• Way of working “hands-on”

• Understanding of business environment and IT, processes, organization, implications of changes, ITIL

• Experience with SAP.

• Good communication and presentation skills
