Position

As an Account Manager in the Coordination and Governance team of Nissan United, you will be responsible for managing relationships with local market teams and for ensuring consistent deployment of central strategies and materials across the region. You will play a critical role in the Nissan United team, acting as the connective tissue between the central team and the local markets to help ensure high quality, on time and on specification delivery.

This position is based in Paris, and reports to an Account Director, Coordination and Governance.

This role will work collaboratively with different teams and across different markets in the Europe region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create strong day-to-day working relationships with the local agencies

  • Understand the local market business objectives, needs, and opportunities

  • Facilitate communication flows between the central team and local teams, to ensure high quality communication flow and efficient and effective issue resolution

  • Manage regular central Nissan updates and reviews

  • Identify issues at local market level and escalate to central team for resolution

  • Manage development of campaign guidelines

  • Ensure strategic alignment on all ‘local’ activation of central campaigns

  • Ensure creative alignment and facilitate all ‘local’ briefs to be managed by central team

  • Day to day support to:

*Ensure stronger and more exciting Brand across communication channels

*Achieve high quality of communication assets

*Secure efficiencies for all

  • Manage usage rights

  • Identify and share examples of best practice and case studies


Profil recherché

Skills and Capabilities

  • A natural collaborator, proactive in building relationships and forming connections across a network

  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and demands on your time and delegate work where appropriate

  • Great attention to detail and high-quality standards

  • An articulate communicator, able to effectively engage with a wide range of stakeholders and translate complex concepts into compelling communication

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced agency environment; able to react quickly and efficiently to changing priorities

  • Strong trouble shooting skills and solutions-focused mindset

  • Excellent presentation skills and dynamic personality

Experience

  • Experience working within an advertising network

  • International experience, ideally working on multinational business dealing with local markets, and have a good degree of familiarity with local market nuances and cultures

  • English language required at a high level, additional languages beneficial
