teale is searching for a super dynamic, energetic, and results driven Content Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Team.
[Content Strategy]
Build teale’s Content strategy. Maintain editorial calendar and written guidelines. Work closely with Director of Marketing, Growth Manager, and internal team members to create effective content & communications strategies that articulate teale’s vision, mission, value proposition to engage & convert our B2B audience (i.e. HRD, HR Function) into Marketing Qualified opportunities. Contribute actively to Pipeline Generation, customers acquisition and engagement, & company overall growth.
[Content Production]
Produce high-quality & SEO optimized blog articles, email marketing messages, relevant content for lead nurturing sequences, customer stories, web copy. Create impactful posts and assets necessary to drive engagement on Social Media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram). Develop marketing collateral to support our demand generation campaigns. Serve as an exemplary writer, consistent with the company’s tone and mission. Management of all creative resources including external copywriters & designers, and other agency personnel (i.e SEO agency for the Content Marketing part in collaboration with the Growth Manager).
[Content Tracking & Reporting]
Continuously measure, monitor and improve content performance. Create reports leveraging Google Analytics, HubSpot and social media analytics tools to provide relevant & accurate reporting.
[Market Knowledge]
Serve as the team’s Content Marketing expert. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices and customer challenges in order to build a more effective Content Strategy. Advice and share best practices & key learnings to the team.
You are someone that is excited to build a Content Marketing strategy that focuses on creating valuable, educational, relevant and authentic content. You know how to target a B2B audience (i.e. HR Function) addressing their particular needs and pain points, ultimately positioning teale as an authority and the market leader for Mental Health in France.

3+ years of Content Marketing or direct copywriting experience.
B2B audience experience is mandatory (i.e. HR Function).
Write clean, concise, delivering well-polished copy.
Strong knowledge of Content Marketing strategy and channels.
Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it.
Project management skills and understanding how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment and focus on the delivery of results in the form of traffic, leads generated & contribution to Pipe generation.
Ability to analyze and present content and social performance.
Must be a self-starter with a keen attention to detail as well as ability to multitask.
Team-oriented, experience working with sales, product, user engagement and marketing operations effectively, ability to work with and influence others in remote organizations.
Strong communication skills.
