We are looking for an experienced copywriter to join our strategic planning team, working under the supervision of the Senior Marketing Manager. The copywriter works cross-functionally with various teams (strategy, content & creative)
The copywriter understands how to align daily work with strategic marketing goals.
He/she will create persuasive copy for various channels and help shape the overall activation strategy of a diverse range of projects. The copywriter will also ensure that the voice of the brands (both Team Vitality and our partners) resonate with our audience across multiple platforms.
The main missions for this position will be, but not limited to:
Develop activation and content strategies that align with the company’s marketing goals, targeted audience, and business objectives - based on the plans drafted by our Strategic Project Management team
Lead workshop sessions with our Head of Content and Head of Creation to steer how our creative assets come to life
Take charge of one-off cross-functional projects
Monitor the market in terms of competition with benchmarking actions
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience (5+ years) as a Copywriter or comparable positions
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to details in both French and English
Strong understanding of content strategy, digital marketing practices and brand positioning
Ability to craft compelling narratives and persuasive calls to action
Excellent project management and organization skills
Creative and strategic thinker
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and comfortable presenting their own ideas
Experienced with Google Slides, Powerpoint and traditional RFP and pitch processes.
