You will work under the supervision of the Marketing Director on cross-functional projects related to Team Vitality’s key strategic topics (Brand, CSR, Esport World Cup), with the aim of contributing to drive our strategic pillars: Performance, Fandom and sustainable business.
To this end, based on directors’ strategic briefs you will contribute to build annual strategy, manage transversal action plan & projects in collaboration with all stakeholders within allocated budgets and deadlines and monitor KPIs to drive ROI.
You will work closely with:
Expansion & Esport department for EWC and esport related topics
Partnership team to build projects to meet our partners’ objectives
Strategic planning and growth & analytics teams to build strategic projects & campaigns and monitor ROI
Community building teams to contribute to grow our fanbase and drive fandom
The internal agency to deliver best in class plans and activations
Key Responsibilities:
Build annual calendar and strategic brief with the help of the Marketing Director for Team Vitality Brand campaigns, Kare project and EWC marketing campaigns
Implement campaigns and activations to increase exposure and impact of our Kare project
Build and manage annual marketing plan to increase awareness of EWC among our “Western” fanbase and leverage crafting impactful brand campaigns to help build and nurture our brand positioning this global event to position Team Vitality as one of the best team in the World and grow our fanbase/fandom
Brief strategic & media planning team on Key projects
Work with growth media & analytic teams to set up annual KPIs with the help of the Marketing Director
Lead the Key projects and align and coordinate all BU to deliver the annual plan
Coordinate partnership activations with Key account managers
Monitor the activations execution with the internal agency
Work with talent management on players availability and ambassador management
Work with organic communication on annual SoMe and content strategy
Monitor KPIs and provide learning & postmortem analysis on key projects
Monitor annual marketing spend for Key projects
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or business management (or related field)
5+ years of experience, with at least 2+ years in a similar role
Experience in the entertainment industries (gaming, sport, music, lifestyle…)
Data-driven profile
Leader, able to own and deliver projects
Fluent in English (written and spoken) and global mindset
Ability to create and deliver action plans
Methodical and organized with good prioritization skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good briefing and negotiation skills
