At TEHTRIS, the Responsible of MDR Services will lead, mentor and develop a team of MDR analysts to deliver world-class Managed Detection and Response (MDR) services.

You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day MDR operations, ensuring timely detection, investigation and response to security incidents in line with contractual SLAs, while continuously improving service quality, operational efficiency, value realisation and customer experience.

What you will do:

  • Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team of MDR analysts, setting clear objectives, performance indicators and career development plans.
  • Oversee MDR operations 24/7, ensuring effective incident detection, investigation and response, using a rota schedule or ‘Follow the Sun’ (FTS) model where necessary.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for MDR service incidents, managing critical customer and partner issues with a focus on rapid resolution.
  • Integrate threat intelligence feeds into the TEHTRIS XDR platform to proactively identify and mitigate emerging threats.
  • Collaborate with product management and R&D to improve detection rules, automation scripts, telemetry and response playbooks, contributing to product roadmap discussions.
  • Collaborate with sales teams, services, including technical support, to adapt MDR services to customer environments and their evolving needs.
  • Identify automation and integration opportunities to improve user satisfaction, scalability and operational efficiency.
  • Train new team members and continuously develop their skills on TEHTRIS products and in the wider field of cyber security.
  • Produce regular service reports and performance KPIs for customers and partners, including actionable recommendations to improve their IT security.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer and partner engagement, with a focus on service excellence, long-term satisfaction and demonstrating the value of MDR services.

Profil recherché

Profile required:

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or similar field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years' experience in cyber security operations, including at least 1+ years in a management or team leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of incident response frameworks (e.g. NIST, SANS) and threat intelligence methodologies (e.g. MITRE ATT&CK).
  • Demonstrated experience in Managed Detection and Response (MDR) roles or in a Security Operations Center (SOC).
  • Proficiency with SIEM, EDR, and XDR platforms (e.g. TEHTRIS, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Splunk); experience with SOAR platforms is a plus.
  • Practical experience in threat hunting, detection engineering and response automation.
  • A customer-focused mindset, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing environment typical of start-ups.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English, with communication skills demonstrated through professional experience.
  • Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, GCIA, GCIH or equivalent.
  • Ideally based in the Bordeaux area, you will be regularly present at the Pessac office alongside the teams.

  • Travel is to be expected as required to support the business.
