While building Theodo and collaborating with hundreds of tech organizations, we developed a unique set of principles and practices to scale an Agile culture. We call it the Lean Tech system. This system builds on the brilliance of the original Agile Manifesto, blending Lean Thinking with tech innovation through four guiding principles that work at scale:

- Value for the customer: align the organisation on the North Star of value for the customer

- A tech-enabled network of teams: empower teams at scale with supportive team leadership and the right tech enablers

Right-first-time and Just-in-time: produce higher quality and deliver continuously by leveraging the experience of the Toyota Production System in software

- Building a learning organisation: continue innovating at scale by learning what customers need and spread those learnings throughout the organisation

The opportunity

Join us on an exciting mission to elevate Theodo into a recognized and beloved brand.

As our first Head of Brand, you will have a unique opportunity to drive dynamic changes across our organization, transforming our brand into a household name.

As this is a newly created role, the ideal candidate will play a crucial part in establishing and shaping our Brand function from the ground up.

You will report directly to our CMO, Othilie Nicod.

The position is based in Paris.

Your Mission

Your primary challenge will be to transform our brand platform into concrete, memorable brand actions. You will engage with key internal stakeholders, including executive and leadership teams, to collectively develop and sustain a powerful and admired brand presence.

You will be responsible for the overall impact of our brand.

We seek a visionary leader with strong convictions, ready to embrace this challenge with ambition and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Development and Leadership: Craft and execute a robust brand strategy to position Theodo as a thought leader, enhancing our image among key target audiences.

Communication and PR Strategy: Develop and implement an external communication, social media, and PR strategy to boost Theodo’s market presence and reputation in our three primary markets, while highlighting and promoting Theodo’s unique Lean Tech system to showcase our innovative approach.

Content creation: Build a content platform to ensure all content aligns with our brand identity and is consistent across all channels.

Media Relations: Build and lead a PR team, develop and execute media relations strategies, and oversee all public relations activities to enhance the company's brand image, manage communications, and foster strong relationships with media outlets and stakeholders.

Market-Specific Objectives: While maintaining a cohesive groupe strategy, set clear, measurable objectives for each market based on local business goals and conditions. Regularly review these objectives to ensure they align with the overall brand strategy.

Data-Driven Adjustments: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of PR campaigns and communication strategies, making adjustments based on data insights.

Ideal profile

  • A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in brand management, events, communications, and PR in the B2B sector.
  • Established PR network with well-developed contacts in major media outlets.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
  • Strong strategic thinking and creativity in developing communication and PR plans.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English and French with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in a consulting company is a plus.
