We are looking for an Operational Marketing specialist to join our marketing and sales team.

This role is key to organize and communicate our vision and the values and benefits of our disruptive AI solutions for cancer treatment to future customers and partners.

In this role, you will work closely with product designers, marketing and business development teams, distributors of our products in Europe and external partners to define and execute the best marketing media and operational plan for our products for radiotherapy.

We are looking for a dynamic colleague that has creative and focus ideas and the ability to drive their execution within a team!

You will:

  • Define the product messaging and value proposition of our products,
  • Coordinate marketing content creation and sales promotion packages: brochures, product presentations, testimonials, videos, website…
  • Coordinate participation and activities at medical tradeshows and conferences
  • Report and analyze the performance of our products (volume, pricing, usage, etc) as well as evaluate and analyze the outcomes of our congresses
  • Analyze the market and potential customers, and run competitive intelligence studies.
  • Be a key super user for our CRM tool and streamline sales and marketing processes

Profil recherché

You have 2 to 5 years of experience in operational marketing activities, including at least 1 year in the healthcare industry, ideally in the medical device or medical software world. A plus would be in the Oncology or Radiotherapy field.

  • You can drive a marketing content project, such as the design of a product brochure, a customer testimonial or a product presentation.
  • You are fluent in English and French. (You will work closely with English native speakers).
  • You are autonomous and a driver/organiser in a project that is subject to hard deadlines

Déroulement des entretiens

  • 1 to 2 interviews with our Sales and marketing team members
  • 1 presentation and Q&A sessions where you are required to prepare one or two related questions
  • Closure interview
