●        Ensure Project Management for the R&D collaboration project by creating and maintaining up to date project plans across multiple teams/ workstreams, ensuring the delivery of the deliverables on time/on budget

 ●        Communicate in a synthetic and appropriate manner to the leadership regarding the progresses and escalation, give notice of blocking points and any item jeopardizing the delivery of the deliverables on time

 ●        Drive and pilot R&D collaboration project with pharmaceutical companies, academic partners and / or external stakeholders in the domain of precision medicine

 ●        Lead the delivery of complex, interdisciplinary projects in the program to meet the needs of the collaborations in alignment with the internal constraints of other projects

 ●         Plan and drive the program/projects including facilitating resource planning, budget tracking, preparation of status updates across different work streams

 ●         Engage and influence stakeholders inside and outside the company to ensure the success of the collaborations

 ●         Define and create a governance framework and programme processes and communications for a successful collaboration

Minimum level required:

Master level in Engineering, business, Organization and professional experience with a minimum of 5 years in project management, in the lifesciences field or medical device field

• Demonstrated experience in project management: scoping, creating a project plan covering multiple worksteams, tracking progress, identifying risks and creating a mitigation plan, communicating about progresses and escalating issues to the leadership through comprehensive dashboard summarizing issues

• Good knowledge of macroplanning, detailed planning, resource forecast, monitoring progress for a project including by facilitating work across workstreams,

• Sound development and approvals skills

• Good business and political acumen including negotiation with third parties

• Good knowledge of programme and project management methods and tools

• Good knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures

• Sufficient seniority and credibility to advise project teams on their projects in relation to the programme

• Problem solving and risk mitigation abilities

• Sufficient knowledge in the functional field of programme : Pharmaceuticals / Biomarkers discovery

• Good collaborative skills

• Knowledge of quality system and procedures, especially related to health data protection

• Agile, able to bring structure in a moving environment

• Knowledge in imaging is a plus
