Position Overview

As a Growth Marketer at Toucan, you will be pivotal in driving demand and lead generation to fuel our growth for our target markets in Europe and the United States. Your focus will be on generating demo requests and building a pipeline of targeted contacts using LinkedIn, SEO, high-value events, and content-driven strategies.

Your Missions

1. Demand Generation (Demo Requests)

  • Create and execute high-value events (webinars, live, private workshop, etc) to drive interest in our SaaS solution and generate demo requests.

  • Use LinkedIn to promote demo opportunities, leveraging founder profiles and industry groups to reach decision-makers effectively.

  • Optimize demo landing pages and associated messaging to increase conversion rates, working closely with the sales team and product team.

2. Lead Generation (Targeted ICP Contacts)

  • Develop top-funnel LinkedIn strategies to attract new contacts in our target audience through lead magnets like ebooks, guides, and infographics.

  • Design LinkedIn lead generation campaigns that drive gated content downloads, capturing high-quality contacts aligned with our ideal personas.

  • Engage and expand the audience with targeted LinkedIn outreach, ensuring consistent top-of-funnel growth.

  • SEO management - Lead the development and execution of the content strategy to boost SEO performance. Coordinate with our SEO agency and ensure alignment on key priorities.

3. Content Creation Across the Funnel

  • Top of Funnel: Produce SEO-driven blogs, LinkedIn posts, and thought leadership pieces to attract new visitors.

  • Middle of Funnel: Create case studies, industry reports, and product ebooks to nurture engaged leads

  • Bottom of Funnel: Develop customer success stories and product videos to convert qualified leads into demo requests.

4. SEO & Website Performance

  • Implement SEO strategies through keyword research and content optimization to enhance visibility and organic lead capture.

  • Monitor website and conversion performance, running A/B tests to maximize lead capture and optimize user experience.


Tools You Will Use

  • CRM & Content Management: HubSpot CMS and Marketing Automation

  • SEO & Analytics: Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, LinkedIn Analytics


Profil recherché

We’re looking for someone with:

  • 3+ years in B2B growth marketing, ideally in SaaS or data visualization.

  • Proven expertise with LinkedIn lead generation, content marketing, and SEO.

  • Experience organizing high-impact events and creating effective lead magnets.
