As the sales team’s ESG consultant, you will work hand-in-hand with the Sales team and our ESG & Climate experts team. You have a strong understanding of ESG & climate topics, how Traace’s product works, and the customers’ needs it solves.
You are passionate about understanding customer challenges and creatively building valuable solutions. You can handle technical and business-focused customer interactions with various stakeholders, including those at the C-level.
You are on the front line with the Enterprise Account Executives to close opportunities and make sure the success team can deliver great outcomes to our customers.
To be more specific, you will:
Conduct focused discovery sessions and workshops to understand the challenges and goals with sustainability teams of various organizations
Design and promote specific solutions and offers for our prospects, including consulting and software, to help them to reach their sustainability objectives
Work closely with the Enterprise Account Executives to close complex opportunities.
Set-up and deliver tailored demos environnement, evangelize our tools, and collaborate internally to create narratives that align with the customer’s climate goals and maturity.
Assist salespeople in responding to RFPs and RFIs.
Confidently present and articulate the value proposition of Traace & Tennaxia’s solutions to business managers and executives from a methodological, functional, and technical standpoint
Act as the voice of the customer, providing insights, trends, and opportunities to our product team.
Train and enable the sales team.
+3 years of experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, or solutions consulting
Familiarity with software-as-a-service environments, preferably in the B2B enterprise sector
Ability to actively listen to customers’ needs and offer solutions that address their business issues, maturity, and technical requirements
Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to tell a compelling story that resonates with the audience
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
Comfortable in fast-paced environments
Knowledge in sustainability / climate change is a real plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
Fluency in German is a bonus, but not required
You have a strong interest in software and technology products
You excel at building long-lasting relationships, both internally and externally, and are empathetic towards others
You possess a strategic mindset, capable of seeing the big picture as well as the details
You are an expert at communicating complex concepts in a simple, engaging, creative, and fun way
You are a hands-on problem solver who is self-motivated and optimistic
You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are prepared to take risks and learn from failure
You are experienced in collaborating remotely, using digital tools, and documenting work meticulously
