Your job: Make sure everyone knows about our solution’s added value 📣

Currently a SaaS leader in carbon accounting, Traace has recently merged with Tennaxia, an historical leader in ESG reporting with the ambition to create a European champion in Sustainability software. The group is backed by Marlin Equity Partners, a US-based growth fund leader in the tech industry.

Our group is evolving in a crowded market where target companies face increasing ESG reporting requirements and need for ESG data management capabilities. This leads them to equip themselves with software to face stronger ESG regulations, which requires education and a good understanding of both their needs and the value sustainability software can provide to help.

Traace & Tennaxia’s mission is to equip companies with high-performance technological tools to help them reduce their environmental footprint and accelerate their transition to a low-impact model.

To put it briefly: Plenty of Product Marketing challenges and opportunities. The playing field is huge for the PMMs joining us in the future!

As part of this mission, we’re hence looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to both structure our Product Marketing Department (Process and Methodologies, Market Knowledge, etc.) and execute our Product Marketing efforts.

As our Product Marketing Department has yet to be structured, we are looking for a Senior PMM with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset to design, implement, and execute creative and ambitious Product Marketing Actions. Someone eager to learn and grow to, in the long run, lead a PMM team to be hired in the future.

To be more specific about the short-term PMM’s priorities at Traace / Tennaxia. 🧑‍💻 You will :

Be the “Market Intelligence” owner

  • You will lead our efforts at keeping our internal collective knowledge of the market (customer, competitors, partners, our product) deep, comprehensive and always up-to-date.

  • Contribute to the continuous enrichment of our Marketing Playbook, making it the one-stop internal resource for all teams to master our market and how our product differentiates in this market.

  • You will work with Product, Sales and CSM team to industrialise feedback loops from the field and gather all useful information on our clients’ needs and competitors’ offerings.

Ensure “Product launch” success

Continuous innovation is one of our key differentiators. New features and improvements are released at a fast-paced rhythm to match our clients increasing needs.

  • Product Roadmap monitoring: You will be in charge of following the new features’ life-cycle, working hand-in-hand with our product team, from initial benchmark tasks to customers’ product adoption through new feature launches.

  • Go-To-Market: for each feature, depending on their strategic importance, you’ll be in charge of defining the right launching strategy and coordinating with all teams and contributors, all required enablement assets production and marketing activation efforts to ensure new feature release success from user adoption point of view.

  • Launch Analytics: After defining KPIs to track what is a “successful launch” of a new feature, you will be in charge of maximising those KPIs, tracking them and reporting them.

Actively contribute to Product Marketing content

  • As the master of Positioning & Messaging around our product capabilities, you will be in charge of producing, helped by the Product and Marketing teams, strategic content to support the communication around our product and features.

Your future Team 👯

You will be a member of our marketing team reporting to our Head of Marketing. As Product Marketing plays a pivotal role in ensuring product release success, adoption and Market knowledge across all teams, you will work in close collaboration with at least all client-facing teams at Traace: Product team, Sales team & CSM team.

Our Head of Marketing is a former full-time PMM so you will be supported by a manager who understands your role and will be able to provide you with the feedback and discussions you need to grow the PMM function at Traace.


Profil recherché

  • +5 years of experience in a Product Marketing Manager position. Previous experience in a sustainbility-related company is a plus.

  • Familiarity with software-as-a-service environments, preferably in the B2B enterprise sector.

  • You’re experienced and comfortable with marketing complex products, designing, implementing, and executing product releases.

  • Demonstrate autonomy and decision-making capabilities, in addition to collaborative skills with technical profiles.

  • Fluent in French and English.

  • Proficiency in marketing/automation tools and CRM system


Déroulement des entretiens

The recruitment process consists of 2 or 3 interviews plus a case study to work on at home during a week and to present to the recruiting team.

At least one interview will be with Louis, our Head of Marketing, and one with Thomas, Co-Founder & Co-CEO of Traace.
