Weâre looking for a tech-savvy, solution-oriented IT Automation & Support Specialist to join our Client IT Team.Â
If you love streamlining workflows, automating the boring stuff, and supporting people with smart IT solutions â this role is for you.
As our new IT Automation & Support Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert for ensuring smooth IT operations while championing automation and process improvements across the board. You'll play a key role in optimizing our infrastructure, improving internal support, and building the tools that make everyoneâs work better.
Manage and automate our IT hardware database, consolidating data from spreadsheets, MDMs, and more.
Lead onboarding & offboarding processes, using Jira Service Management to automate tasks and collaborate with HR.
Handle helpdesk tickets like a pro â resolving issues efficiently and collaborating with the team for trickier problems.
Automate workflows with tools like Terraform and AWS, and build integrations via APIs to streamline operations.
Oversee Jira queues, prioritize ICT requests, and make ticket management smoother through smart automation.
Administer key tools such as Okta (identity management), Jamf (Apple device management), Google Workspace, and OpenVPN.
Work cross-functionally to integrate IT processes with HR tools (like Deel) and ensure data flows seamlessly.
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics â or equivalent practical experience.
Hands-on experience in IT support with a focus on automation.
Comfort with scripting, cloud services, and modern IT stacks.
Mastery of Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence, and automation tools.
Experience with Jamf suite, Okta, OpenVPN, and Apple Business Manager.
Solid knowledge of Terraform, AWS, CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes/Helm, and Git.
You know your way around APIs and data integration.
Fluent English communicator (written & verbal).
Great at multitasking and keeping cool under pressure.
Problem-solver with laser-sharp attention to detail.
Team player with a proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership.
