As our Rent Manager for Portugal, you’ll be the driving force behind expanding and optimizing our network in close collaboration with our HQ team in Paris.

• Team Leadership: Oversee a team of field-based Mobility Managers, focused on developing our franchised network through new agency openings across Stellantis and alternative networks.
• Operational Excellence: Guide rental agencies to achieve top-notch operational performance and customer satisfaction, ensuring a seamless rental experience.
• Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with Stellantis' national sales team to secure favorable commercial terms for the Rent sales channel, while building strategic relationships with insurance providers, car dealers, and local operators.
• Fleet Management: Optimize vehicle availability through our sublease program, driving key leasing and fleet KPIs, including fleet size, partner engagement, and external revenue.
• Market Adaptation: Localize global strategies and design processes tailored to the Portuguese market, ensuring competitive pricing and service offerings that maximize partner returns.
• New Business Development: Lead the operational implementation of new business opportunities in Portugal, working closely with central Ops teams at HQ for operational support and performance management.

Reporting Line: Head of Rent at HQ
KPIs: No-result rate, Cancellation rate, Optional insurance turnover, B2B+B2C turnover, Customer Satisfaction (CSat), and more.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven Experience: 10+ years of professional experience with a successful track record in the car rental or mobility industry, including at least 5 years in management.
• Remote Management Skills: Confident managing a dispersed team while working from a home office environment, with the flexibility to travel frequently and meet partners in person.
• Agile and Adaptable: Thrive in a dynamic environment, structuring processes to guide growth from start-up to scale-up.
• Visionary Problem-Solver: Hands-on with strong problem-solving abilities, combined with the capacity to create a strategic vision and a roadmap to achieve it.
• Resilient and Optimistic: Known for your resilience, optimism, and ability to inspire those around you.
• Excellent Communication: Adept at communicating with stakeholders at all levels, from field teams to HQ executives.
• Language Skills: Fluent in Portuguese & English; proficiency in French is a plus.
