Operational HR Support: Dive into the operational aspects of the HR department by assisting HR Business Partners and Operations Specialists with tasks such as drafting detailed employment contracts, managing contract amendments, and ensuring compliance with company policies through regular follow-ups.
Talent Acquisition: Collaborate closely with our Senior Talent Acquisition Manager on strategic initiatives like optimizing the candidate pipeline, enhancing job advertisement strategies, and managing recruiting analytics to improve the candidate experience.
Stakeholder Communication: Develop and maintain strong communication channels with employees, managers, and candidates, ensuring seamless HR processes and contributing to an exceptional candidate experience through proactive engagement and feedback collection.
Cross-Departmental Learning: Gain insights into the diverse functions of Free2moveâs departments by actively participating in their hiring activities, understanding their unique challenges, and contributing to solutions that align with the company's goals.
Holistic HR Insights: Attend and contribute to weekly team meetings where you will discuss ongoing projects, and propose improvements, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the strategic role HR plays in business success.
Your profile:
You are currently completing your bachelor's or master's degree with a focus on Human Resources, Business, or a comparable field.
You are fluent in English and German (both written and spoken).
You are available for at least the next 6 months for up to 20 hours per week to support our team.
You are a team player who works independently and in a structured manner.
Nice to have for your work in HR Operations : Experience working with an HRIS.
Nice to have for your Talent Acquisition: Familiarity with an ATS.
