Trustsoft is a company that was founded through the meeting of the owners of two firms. One side excelled in sales, while the other mastered IT technologies. One thing led to another, and Trustsoft began to flourish into its current form.

Trustsoft is a team of cloud enthusiasts. They have already helped many companies move to the cloud. Thanks to their ups and downs, they are now capable of preparing a tailored cloud strategy. Equally important for them is being a lifetime partner to their clients, which is why, after successful migration, they also focus their attention on Operations.

Their primary market is Switzerland, while their delivery center is based in Prague. Last year, they received the prestigious AWS Partner of the Year award in Switzerland. They have been certified by AWS in four competencies and hold eight service validations, making them a trusted AWS Advanced Partner.

Trustsoft is happy to open its doors to those who have a passion for the cloud, enthusiasm for new technologies, and everything that comes with them, along with at least a bit of a consultant’s soul. Just coming in for a paycheck is not enough for them. They want to live a shared vision and leave a footprint behind, which can only be achieved with a team that’s not afraid to jump into action and wade through the mud, because in the end, it will be the best experience ever. A satisfied customer with services running like Swiss watches is the ultimate goal.

At Trustsoft, the belief is that you can rely on your team, and they can rely on you. If someone’s word doesn’t hold, they’ll have to go find a chair elsewhere. They enjoy meeting in the office and sharing face-to-face time. Communication sometimes lags a bit because everyone is deeply engrossed in their projects, but they’re working on improving that and welcome ideas on how to make it even better.

From the beginning, Trustsoft has been lucky with the right people. When someone joins the current team who doesn’t quite fit in, they naturally start to stand out from the crowd and eventually fall out.

Their team includes two holders of the Golden Jacket, an award given to those who complete all AWS certifications within a set period. According to AWS, they are the only ones in the Czech Republic and Slovakia with this achievement.

Internally, they are still a bit punk. They’re growing and have a vision, but they navigate various paths without processes and aren’t always on the same page. The company’s development is also shaped by external learnings and opportunities—this is how TAF came to be.

They work with Amazon Web Services technology and are based in the Amazon Court building. Where else could they have looked for new offices two years ago, right?

Some team members work directly under the client’s direction on contracts. As a result, they are more distant from the team and are often less familiar, both in terms of their faces and their knowledge. Therefore, Trustsoft aims to find a way to stay naturally in touch with them and share know-how among everyone.
