About the Role

The Uber Advertising Sales team is seeking strategic sellers and account managers to join as founding members of our newly formed Uber Advertising division. As a Sr Client Partner, you will collaborate with the largest restaurant brands in France to drive advertising solutions adoption, best-in-class execution workflows and campaign success across our Mobility and Delivery advertising platforms.

You will be an industry expert (both Restaurants and Advertising industries), an Ads platform expert, able to authoritatively discuss Uber's Ads offerings and demonstrate its value to meeet the marketing objectives of all Restaurants partners. You will report to France's Head of Restaurant Ads.

What You Will Do

Strategical drive :

  • You will lead and build key playbooking initiatives across our Ads team to drive adoption for our Restaurant partners at scale.
  • Leverage your ressources and strategical mindset to define best-in-class advertising strategies for Restaurants and pitch them.
  • Expand Ads product adoption with Restaurants. Clearly communicate the value of our newest products with a lens of creativity to differentiate our offerings
  • Define strategical approach to scale Ads Net Revenue for Uber through top account franchisees' opportunity
  • Streamline processes to operate across a large and diverse portfolio of franchisees, masterfranchisees, local agencies and marketing partners
  • Uncover opportunities to drive better performance and increased investment by analyzing market, data and consulting with broader internal teams
  • Bring your analytical A-game. Develop selling and scaling methodology to increase Ads Net Revenue, as well as track the impact of initiatives against Uber's goals
Operational excellence :
  • Own the full sales cycle by pitching to clients, executing the campaign (with AdOps), providing post sales support and upselling
  • Coordinate the strategy, launch and management of campaigns; while proactively communicating updates and setting expectations with all stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of clients' marketing goals and challenges and proactively recommend solutions that support them
  • Be the voice of the customer and effectively communicate product limitations and feedback to relevant internal teams.
  • Drive initiatives and support internal Account Management team into cross-selling effort
What You Will Need
  • Min 5 years of experience in an Account Management, Operations or Ad Sales function
  • Alternatively, min 5 years of experience in a Marketing position at a leading QSR brand, with demonstrated exposure to franchisees
  • Experience in managing and analysing digital ads campaigns for large brands. Ability to analyse, review results, and propose recommendations.
  • A sales mindset that's genuinely commited in building trustful client relationships
  • Hands-on, result-driven, creative problem-solver, analytical mindset, with a go-getter mentality. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and navigating complex ecosystems
  • Inspiring public speaker
Preferred Qualifications
  • Thorough understanding of the QSR landscape, marketing specificities, franchisees business model
  • Experience working with large, complex Enterprise brands and organisations
  • Expert organisation, attention to detail and time management skills
  • Curious about digital tooling and media buying platforms
  • Ambitious self-starter who enjoys being challenged and continuous learning
