As a Business Relationship Manager (f/m/d), you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, ensuring the successful delivery of consulting engagements, and driving business growth. You will act as a strategic partner to senior client stakeholders, helping them navigate transformation initiatives while expanding the firm’s footprint within the accounts you manage. We are ideally looking for someone based near our Berlin offices but we will consider application to work remote in Germany. You will report to the Transformation Consulting Director.
Things you will be working on:
Client Partnership & Engagement Delivery
- Serve as the main point of contact for client stakeholders across transformation initiatives
- Understand clients’ business goals and align solutions based on the Atlassian stack and related technologies
- Support delivery teams to ensure smooth execution, quality outcomes, and client satisfaction
- Contribute to the coordination and success of transformation projects, focusing on measurable business value
Solution Design & Value Creation
- Co-develop transformation offerings in collaboration with internal practices (e.g., Cloud, ITSM)
- Translate business and IT requirements into clear value propositions and project scopes
- Contribute to building reusable approaches, templates, or frameworks (e.g., for ITSM transformation, cloud migration)
Business Development & Account Growth
- Support strategic planning and proposal efforts in close collaboration with sales and senior consultants
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned client accounts
- Help develop go-to-market assets that position our capabilities in a clear and compelling way
Team Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing
- Act as a sparring partner for junior consultants, contributing to knowledge growth and professional development
- Share market and client insights internally to enhance offering development and delivery practices
Do you have what it takes to be a Business Relationship Manager:
- You bring 7-10 years of consulting experience, ideally with exposure to business or IT transformation topics.
- You have experience managing client relationships and contributing to the growth of accounts.
- You are familiar with tools like Jira, Confluence, or adjacent technologies (not expert level required).
- You have worked with cross-functional teams and understand how to bridge between tech and business.
- You thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy balancing strategic thinking with hands-on problem solving.
- Finally, you speak fluent English & German
