A day in the life of a Lead Product Manager Product Managers at Valtech work at the intersection of disciplines, to create products that unlock value for users and capture value for clients. They work across the full lifecycle of a product, from hypothesis and execution, to growth and optimisation. Our Product Managers are user centric and understand our clients and their customers. Insights gained from regular customer interactions are fed back into product initiatives and business strategy. They are strategic and can identify the right problems to solve that create the most value for customers, and help the business achieve their goals. We inspire teams and create alignment by defining a clear vision, strategic purpose, and direction for the products we work on. Product Managers at Valtech are outcome orientated and safeguard success by measuring outcomes not outputs. We identify leading measures that the product team can influence on the way to achieving business objectives. Changes are measured, and results inform the team’s next step. They are comfortable with ambiguity and fall in love with problems not solutions. We create clarity, even if that exposes uncertainty and complexity. Throughout the product lifecycle we turn insights into actions and experiments, ensuring the team always knows the most valuable thing to explore, test or build next. Product Managers should be collaborative and comfortable working as a part of diverse, multidisciplinary teams. We ask open questions and work with the whole team to explore the problem and opportunity space. We help the team ensure solutions are desirable for users, viable for the business and feasible to build. And finally, our Product Managers champion pragmatism and understand the constraints and challenges of different organisations, and know how to be successful in that context We would love it if you have A passion for creating world-class digital products and services organisation and proactivity, with a strong attention to detail A track record of working collaboratively with colleagues and clients flexibly and adaptably, with a 'can-do' approach to solving problems A “test and learn” mentality and a desire to constantly improve your skillsA track record of planning and delivering successful end-to-end products, with a history of results and the impact they've made A breadth of experience across the full product lifecycle, from product definition and strategy to product build and optimisation A depth of experience in at least one part of the product lifecycle, or a specific industryExperience working closely with and influencing senior/C-suite level stakeholders Experience selling work or gaining investment for product ideas Experience leading teams in large scale, ambiguous, or otherwise challenging environments Experience coaching and turning teams into high-performing agile teams Ability to work flexibly in a hybrid way across our office in Copenhagen and our client sites.A fluent, professional level of English is a mustFluency in Danish is highly preferred but not mandatory.
