Descriptif du poste

The role of an Identity expert is to support the delivery team with his knowledge to manage and secure the identity Management in the appropriate tools; Also support access rights, and permissions of individuals internal, external, generic accounts. His/her primary responsibility is to ensure that the right individuals have the appropriate access to systems, applications, and data, while also preventing unauthorized access:

  • Scoping
    • Participate in evaluating and selecting appropriate solutions, POC & implementation to meet organizational needs
    • Analyse needs in term of security & compliance to elaborate recommendation
    • Implement & support POC
  • Conception
    • Design access control processes to ensure compliance with security policies and regulations
    • Suggest user identification management and authentication systems, including enrollment and de-enrollment processes
    • Contribute to elaborate policies & position paper
    • Integrate all requirement (group, department, policies, security …) when designing solution
    • Lead & realise project when necessary
  • Implementation
    • Contribute with his/her expertise to Develop, implement, and maintain an effective IAM solution for the entire organization
    • Collaborate with other teams to implement solution
    • Participate to test & test elaboration or documentation
  • Run
    • Conduct regular audits to identify vulnerabilities and potential improvements in the IAM system
    • Maintain & monitor systems & tool
    • Provide technical support to teams & BU in resolving IAM-related issues or changes implementation
    • Audit systems & log
    • Maintain documentation
    • contribute to continuous improvement
    • In relation with PM & management, participate in exchanges with all stakeholders: Business, IS&T Members and Suppliers
    • Performance management : Inform and give visibility to the various stakeholders (internal customers, hierarchy, suppliers) by producing the necessary dashboards while creating a relationship of trust with internal customers and suppliers
  • Technological surveillance
    • Stay updated on the latest IAM trends and best practices through technology research.
    • Share his knowledge with goodwill to helps people to grow
    • Help & support people including non tech to understand. be accessible & collaborate crow function

Profil recherché

Main skills

  • Technical IT expertise
    • Excellent knowledge in IAM, CIAM, SSO, API, AD and authentication method. Strong understanding  of concept & products
    • Good knowledge on Dev languages allowing to implement / change solution on APIs/ backend of the solutions
  • Product & Market
    • Deep knowledge of the business and of the product associated with deep knowledge of the market : competitors, technologies, customer behaviors, expectations, following industry analysis, understand the role of social media on your customer behavior
  • Reporting: Define, track, report and improve existing indicators
  • Management Customer / Supplier/ colleagues
    • Sense of service, listening and responding appropriately to customers' or colleague requests. Deep knowledge of the customers : pains, issues, desires, how they think, how they work
  • Methodology: Good knowledge in ITIL, Agile, Project framework
  • Fluent in English
