What you will do at Signaturit? 🚀

• Lead and inspire a team: Manage and mentor a team of Software Engineers, guiding them in developing one of our core products. Foster their technical growth, encourage skill advancement, and support their career development.
• Cultivate a high-performance culture: Establish and maintain a team culture that embodies our engineering excellence and customer-centric approach.
• Collaborate across teams: Partner closely with Product, Business, and other cross-functional teams to design and deliver an outstanding client-side experience, ensuring high-quality output and alignment with business objectives.
• Streamline agile processes: Implement and oversee an efficient, lightweight agile workflow to effectively track progress, prioritize tasks, and maintain the delivery of top-quality work.

What skills will make you perfect? 🤩

• Have prior experience as a technical manager in a tech-driven company or department, showcasing your ability to lead with confidence.
• Consistently promote an environment rooted in ownership, autonomy, trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Possess the skills to identify potential, develop team members, and inspire a cohesive, motivated group.
• Demonstrate strong expertise in backend development, especially in creating web applications using modern frameworks, with a preference for experience in PHP.
• Have hands-on knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Align team goals seamlessly with business objectives, adeptly navigate complex challenges, and support long-term strategic initiatives.
• Exhibit strong communication skills in Spanish and English, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences and provide insightful feedback and coaching.
• Experience or familiarity with digital signatures is a strong plus.
