vialytics, a trailblazer in the French market since 2021, is poised for exponential growth across France’s 36,000 municipalities. Our agile team of 13 is expanding, and we’re on the hunt for an Sales Executive based in the Paris Metropolitan Area (Sales Territory: Île-de-France, Grand Est, Grand Nord).

Under the leadership of Francesco, our Sales Director, and in collaboration with your fellow SDRs and Account Executives, you’ll be instrumental in driving growth through the creation, identification and closing of business opportunities.

As an Account Executive at vialytics, you’ll be the trusted advisor and driving force behind our client relationships. You’ll own the entire sales cycle within your territory, from crafting innovative sales strategies and acquiring new customers to spearheading business development, delivering compelling product demos, and closing deals with confidence. Your expertise and dedication will be pivotal in transforming prospects into loyal clients and propelling our growth.

🎯 Your Mission

On a given day, as a Sales Executive, you will:

  • Master the vialytics Solution: Stay ahead of the curve by deepening your product expertise and adapting to its continuous evolution.
  • Engage, Connect & Impress: Build awareness of the ecosystems and stakeholders in your Sales Territory, conducting competitive market analysis to spot growth opportunities, such as calls for tenders. Actively prospect relevant personas (mayors, building authorities, smart city experts, road managers) to forge and maintain strong relationships through cold calls, email campaigns, and social media. Supported by Marketing and SDR teams for lead generation, and managing your sales pipeline using our CRM (Salesforce).
  • Accelerate & Close: Swiftly schedule and conduct appointments (virtual or in-person) with prospects to understand their pain points and road management needs. Showcase the vialytics solution and its key value proposition through compelling presentations and live product demonstrations. Focus on accelerating the sales process and closing deals quickly to drive faster, more successful outcomes.
  • Achieve & Exceed Targets: Strive to meet and surpass individual and collective sales targets, focusing on ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) as a key performance indicator.
  • Research, Improve & Share: Work collaboratively to continuously refine sales processes, bounce ideas, and share best practices, ensuring collective growth and success.

🙌 We’d be a perfect match if you:

  • Sales Experience and Passion: Demonstrate a strong passion for sales, providing vision, exceptional customer service, and possess a resilient “hunter” mindset for effective negotiation with at least 2+ years of experience in Field Sales, Business Development, or similar roles in Tech/SaaS, Business Services, or Government Services.
  • Confident Communicator: Have excellent listening and communication skills in French (C2/Native) and English (B2+). Proficiency in German is a plus.
  • Goal-Oriented: Excel in prioritization and accountability, setting and meeting targets methodically.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Show an ambitious and entrepreneurial mindset, driven to go the extra mile.
  • Tech Enthusiast: Exhibit genuine interest in SaaS/Tech/Startup ecosystems and a curiosity to learn about Smart Cities.
  • Cultural Navigator: Thrive in multicultural and collaborative environments with assertiveness.

🔀 Our Recruitment Journey

  1. Kickoff Chat: Start with a friendly virtual chat with Andrès, our HR Manager, to explore practical aspects and get a feel for our culture and the opportunity.
  2. Deep Dive with Andrès : A video call to delve deeper into company values, culture fit, and any lingering questions you may have.
  3. Showcase Your Skills (45 mins): Meet Francesco, our France Sales Director, and Aurélie, Senior Sales Executive, for a role-play session where you can shine by demonstrating your sales prowess with the vialytics solution.
  4. Leadership Chat (15 mins): A conversation with Andy, our Chief Revenue Officer, and Birgit, VP Sales and Customer Success, conducted in English or German
  5. Team Meet: A chance to meet the team either virtually or in person, based on availability.

We aim to make this process smooth and swift, typically taking 2 to 3 weeks, and we’re excited to extend an offer quickly.

💰 What We Offer:
