Responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic, highly rigorous and fast-learning intern / trainee (“Alternant”) to support France Finance Director in a diverse range of topics.

According to candidates’ learning curve and ability to handle efficiently all the AP-related tasks, we offer a unique opportunity to progressively get exposure to a larger scope within the finance department:

• Invoice collection, data check/entry/organization (including employees claims), and journals creation in Microsoft Dynamics (Mainly Invoice Journals and Vendor Payment Journals)

• Managing Fixed Assets entries and schedules

• Managing Prepaid Expenses and Accruals schedules

• Preparing Suppliers Payments

• Participating in all closing processes including P&L and Balance Sheet Review

• Getting involved in projects aimed at automating manual tasks and improving workflows

• Supporting the Department with administrative tasks (Document Collection and Formalization, Data Crunching, Tax Credit Filing…)

What you’ll need to succeed:

• High level of rigor and attention to details

• Fluent in both spoken and written French and English

• Master’s degree student in Accounting / Finance looking for an internship or “Alternance”

• Solid MS Office skills and passion for learning

• Ability to work autonomously and take initiatives in a fast-growing environment

• A successful experience in Back-Office / Audit / Accounting / Controlling / Business Analysis is highly appreciated

• You are located in the Ile-de-France region (offices in Cergy / Partial remote work allowed)

• You are passionate about Gaming or arts in general
