🔍 Main missions
• Lead design workshops to gather and define requirements from business teams such as e-Merch, e-Market, brand, etc…
• Converts business requirements into detailed specifications, refined and clarified for technical teams.
• Conversion Team Involvement :
 Writes functional specifications using tools like Confluence and user stories in Jira.
 Prepares business documentation
• Creates diagrams to simulate and project business processes, ensuring clarity and alignment among stakeholders
• Testing and Validation: Partners with the QA team and PO to conduct testing and ensure the solution meets business needs

🔑 Skills and Qualifications
• Proven experience in project coordination and stakeholder management
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset
• Proficiency in project management tools and techniques : Confluence, Jira, Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)
• Strong understanding of methodologies
• Digital and web culture
• Fluent in french and english
