We are looking for an experienced PMO (Project Management Officer) to join our client's Digital Retail Learning team. The primary role will be to oversee the migration of their current Learning Management System (LMS) to a new LMS. The ideal candidate will have extensive project management experience, in-depth knowledge of LMS systems, and a proven ability to manage complex projects in a dynamic environment.

🔍 Responsibilities:
Project Management: Plan, execute, and finalize LMS migration projects according to deadlines, budget, and specifications.
Coordination: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including development teams, LMS vendors, and operational departments.
Planning: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, milestones, resources, and budgets.
Monitoring and Reporting: Track project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and provide regular reports to management.
Communication: Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, and proactively communicate with all stakeholders.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and integrity of migrated data and ensure the new LMS meets end-user needs.
Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for end users and provide ongoing support during and after the migration.

🔑 Technical Skills:
• In-depth knowledge of LMS systems (e.g., Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas), web technologies, and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello).
• Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
