In direct contact with traders on the trading floor, the team ensures the support, maintenance, and development of applications for the automated market-making desk.

Focus is placed on versatility, autonomy, and a high level of responsiveness.

MISSIONS:
Support (70%):
- Operational expertise in trading systems (reactive support)
- Configuration of applications and infrastructures
- Coordination with Middle Office/Back Office, network, systems, and market access teams
- Interaction with traders for specification of needs, system improvements, etc.
- Participation in production releases and application support for business operations

Development (30%):
- Expertise in tools required to ensure the reliability and performance of various systems
- Expertise in monitoring tools and maintenance
- Expertise in applications: bug fixes, improvements, and adding new functionalities
- Development of new optimization opportunities (functional or technical), and evolutionary maintenance of trading applications
