Implement the field marketing strategy aligned with the overall marketing plan and company’s growth objectives.
Generate qualified leads, accelerate existing sales processes and secure customer retention by successfully planning and executing field marketing projects in particular tradeshows, Wakeo events, customer testimonial projects.
In collaboration with sales, analyze the market and competition to identify trends, growth opportunities and elaborate a detailed event plan aligned with our sales targets.
Ensure succesful execution of tradeshows and Wakeo events including coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
In collaboration with the customer success teams, elaborate a detailed customer advocacy program and animate it (customer presentation at events, video customer testimonials etc..).
Manage the field marketing budget and ensure an overall positive return on investment (ROI) for the events.
Together with the head of partnership, drive strategic partnerships with companies in the sector to increase the Wakeo visibility and stimulate indirect sales.
Monitor field marketing performance indicators and make recommandations.
3-5 year post graduation experience in field marketing in an international B-to-B Enterprise environment.
You speak both French and English fluently. You master CRM and marketing tools.
Ability to operate in a rapidly-changing, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a cadence of delivering consistent results.
Enjoy deep diving into a wide variety of subjects and projects with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Autonomous, collaborative and highly organized. You are target oriented and focused on generating revenue.
You love working as a team.
Knowledge of SaaS or supply-chain is a plus.
