We are looking for our next Pre-Sales/Solution Consultant, passionate about helping customers to drive vision to values!

MISSIONS 💪

As a Pre Sales/ Solution Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving our ongoing growth.

Therefore,  your missions will be as follows:

  • Demonstrate understanding of transport & supply chain markets, including trends, industry business processes/ use cases as well as competition landscape.

  • Engage with sales team to run in-depth discovery sessions to understand client requirements & build ROI.

  • Develop and execute trial animations and advanced/ customised demos that speak to the specific needs of the prospect or customers hand-in-hand with sales or CSM teams.

  • Support the response to tenders & RSSI questionnaires (security).

  • Work closely with the delivery/ product/ CSM teams to avoid misfits and align client expectations with the capabilities of our solution.

  • Play a key role in showcasing the value of new features to our sales/ marketing/ CSM/ delivery teams.

  • Collaborate with the product marketing team to promote new features through webinars, product demonstrations, and other marketing channels.

  • Deliver recommendations to product team based on valuable feedback collected along your journey.

  • Identify strategic partnerships that enhance the technical capabilities of our platform and contribute to shorter implementation cycle.

  • Maintain and apply knowledge of technical pre-sales, implementation of solution & APIs.


Profil recherché

  • Fluent English is a must have, other language (German) is a plus.

  • You have 5+ years of experience acquired in Saas B2B enterprise solutions.

  • You have experience in pre-sales, implementation, or consultative roles focused on SaaS technologies. Direct experience with transport & supply chain solutions is a plus.

  • You have a proven track record of managing complex, technical sales cycles with global enterprises.

  • You have knowledge on APIs & ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in support of trials/ pilots.

  • You have a strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to relay technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
