As our VP Sales, you are part of the Leadership Team. You are responsible for delivering the hyper-growth and scaling the sales organization in direct report to the CEO.

MISSIONS 💪

  • Define the right strategy with direct and indirect channels for a dynamic growth of the company ARR.

  • Build and manage a Sales Team of A-players (SDR, AE, Sales Ops) with 80% of team members reaching their quota: define individual and collective targets, territories, quotas, compensation plans, lead weekly meetings etc.

  • Lead by example, being hands-on to close deals by yourself and representing Wakeo at public events/webinars.

  • Empower the team with continuous improvements on the playbook, leading one & ones and training sessions.

  • Continue to structure the sales organization with Enterprise SaaS best practices: forecast, scoring methodology, best-in-class tool stack, sales methodologies and processes.

  • Build and animate the Go-to-market Strategy with Product, Marketing, Finance, Operations and CSM.


Profil recherché

  • You are fluent in French and English.

  • You already held a position of Sales Leader in a B2B SaaS company working with Enterprise customers in a dynamic growth environment.

  • You have experience working on large and complex deals with an outstanding track record for you and your team members.

  • You are an enthusiastic hunter willing to achieve ambitious goals in this entrepreneurial journey.

  • You are a Team Player with great listening skills and a lead by example approach!

  • You have great interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate in a clear & concise way.

  • Transport/ Supply Chain expertise is a plus.
