WeeFin aims to become the European market leader in SaaS for sustainable finance by expanding its client base and ensuring long-term loyalty.

As part of this goal, WeeFin is strengthening its Sales team, a key role in the expansion of our startup! The team leverages WeeFin’s existing client references and implements customer acquisition strategies.

Les enjeux du poste

The Senior Sales Manager - New Business will be responsible for developing the business of WeeFin’s SaaS platform, offering services to existing and potential customers in Europe.

The Senior Sales Manager - New Business will work with all WeeFin teams (Sales, Customer Success, Expertise, Product and Tech) to deliver maximum value to customers through our solutions.

Tu seras notamment amené.e à :

  • Drive new revenue growth.

  • Develop a sales strategy to generate, approach, and convert leads.

  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.

  • Effectively communicate WeeFin’s value proposition.

  • Understand and identify client needs to develop tailored solutions.

  • Manage sales pipeline using CRM tools.

  • Collaborate with various WeeFin teams on opportunities and initiatives.

Objectives/Key Performance Indicators:

  • Revenue targets ;

  • Success rate ;

  • Pipeline growth and development.

Profil recherché

  • You can articulate a product’s value proposition and commercial advantages in relation to the competition;

  • Experience in asset management, sustainable finance, and ESG.

  • 5-10 years of B2B sales experience in Fintech and high-growth SaaS.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Proficiency in the sales process from strategy to closing.

  • Autonomous, adaptable, proactive in a startup environment.

  • Excellent negotiation skills

  • Level of English: fluent/native

  • Level of French: professionnal
