Welcome to the Jungle CZ & SK

We have many important rituals that help inform, educate, inspire and strengthen team spirit.

Key for us are the Monday Meetings - a morning meeting where the whole team gets together for a quick recap of what happened last week and what's coming up this week. On the first Monday of the month, the Monday meeting turns into the team's favourite breakfast - Jungle Breakfast. Over good food and coffee, everyone mentions how they are doing in their professional and personal lives, and together we recap what's going on throughout the company.

We meet after work quite often, but once a quarter it's a bit more "controlled" during Jungle Activities, which can take the form of bowling, an Escape room or a movie theater.

We don't forget education in the form of Jungle Talks where we invite an external speaker/trainer into the office, or in the form of a Travel Day where one of us introduces the others to an interesting destination they have visited.

Last but not least, there's a ritual that helps us improve our karma - once a year we go on a Volunteer Day together to help wherever there is a need.

With the Czech team, we regularly participate in global rituals such as All Hands (company news summary), Product Shows (new product introductions) or the global Jungle Show.

It is at the Jungle Show that we travel with the whole team to Paris to meet all our colleagues and hear all about the financial results, future plans and projects that the different teams are working on in the unconventional space of a theatre. In the evening, we will also enjoy a joint Jungle Party to strengthen great relationships globally and build a truly international company.

One of every Jungle employee's favorite activities, and we actually get two? Yes, every year we go on two teambuildings together - winter and summer edition.

For us Teambuilding is several things. First and foremost, it is an event where we can all stop for a few days and enjoy a casual time together. Next, it's a time to bring the team together through both guided activities (often with great external facilitators) and unguided evening entertainment. The stories from both are worthwhile and will be told in the company for a long time to come!

Oh, and finally, it's time for the so-called Jungle shows - you could say a simple evaluation of the company's performance, where business goals, marketing strategies, media readership and follower numbers, customer satisfaction are addressed and plans for the next six months are made. But no, we're taking the main thing from the title - it's supposed to be a show, so it's all factual but fun and playful.
