Your Responsibilities

At Wellow, we’re rewriting the rulebook and transforming the everyday experience of our members into a seamless, digitalized, and close-knit journey. As part of the “City Operations” team, you’ll be steering the ship when it comes to all aspects of accommodation, daily life, and the member experience within our spaces.

Guiding the “City Operations” operation and collaborating with all key stakeholders (suppliers, freelancers, partners), your role is pivotal in ensuring the flawless execution of the member experience. Your actions and interactions are geared towards delivering a profoundly positive life experience for our cherished residents.

You’ll bring structure and finesse to operations through strategic projects, enhancing the experience through digital and operational tools that create a fluid and self-sufficient structure. As the face of the company to our hosted community, you’ll embody our values and mission.

Leveraging your expertise, you’ll develop a robust operational model as part of Wellow’s overarching growth strategy. Your insights will guide product enhancements, safeguarding the success of our expansion in Paris and on new horizons.


Your Missions

  • Operations: From A to Z, you’ll orchestrate the accommodation operations and accompany our members through their daily lives. Your seasoned expertise will uncover pathways for enhancing the member experience. By embodying the company ethos, you’ll establish a profound and enduring relationship of trust with our members, fostered by open and interactive communication.

  • Project Management: You’ll architect the elevation of the member experience through the creation of innovative projects and tools, ensuring a seamless quality experience even during periods of expansion.

  • Quality and Customer Success: The pulse of member satisfaction and feedback will be monitored by you. You’ll harness the energy of positive experiences and oversee corrective measures where needed. Collaborating seamlessly with other operational departments, you’ll orchestrate the execution of these actions.

  • Leadership and Mentorship: In this role, you’ll recruit, select, train, and mentor the enterprising individuals who will assist you in your operational endeavors.

  • Strategic Vision: Casting a strategic lens, you’ll sculpt the “City Operations” division, steadfastly committed to delivering the ultimate life experience to our cherished members. Defining the roadmap and its pivotal priorities will be your compass.

  • Digital and Tech Savviness: Enhancing your operations with digital tools, you’ll maintain full control without requiring any developer skills—rest assured, it’s all within reach.
