Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact…
You’ll contribute to the development of HR policies, procedures, and employee communications
You’ll support the HR team in managing the onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departing employees, ensuring a smooth transition
You’’ll assist in organizing and facilitating training sessions and workshops for employees
You’ll play a vital role in recruitment activities, which includes posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate screenings
You’ll conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends will enable you to support continuous improvement initiatives within the department
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams on various initiatives as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment
You’ll be joining an incredible team that includes the Head of People & Culture, a Technical Recruiter, a Payroll Consultant, and a People Operations Apprentice.

You’re enrolled in or recently completed a relevant degree program -Bachelor or Master 1 or 2 (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration)
You have comprehensive communication and interpersonal skills
