As a Content Strategist, you will be a key member of the global marketing team, responsible for crafting compelling content, developing impactful strategies, and generating innovative creative executions for Health & Nutrition brands. This role oversees the daily management of social media and e-commerce content, activations, and cutting-edge creative projects, including those leveraging AI.
Strategic Content Direction: Analyze the communications and creative landscape, utilizing consumer insights to develop impactful digital campaigns. Partner with global content and brand teams to ensure cohesive messaging. Develop creative concepts and translate brand strategy into integrated campaigns, evergreen content plans, and local/global activations, including pilot programs.
Driving Business Growth Through Content: Create high-impact content for integrated brand campaigns, equipping business units with the resources to achieve their targets and boost local engagement. Contribute to key brand health metrics. Collaborate with the internal agency on e-commerce, social media, and creative content, as well as external creative partners specializing in AI and emerging platforms.
Content Program Management: Oversee the planning and execution of global brand communication strategies, content resources, evergreen content initiatives, e-commerce content, and global AI-driven and other innovative creative activations.
Creative Leadership & Teamwork: Cultivate a collaborative, high-performing team environment, effectively utilizing all creative resources, including the Studio, agencies, and internal and external partners. Champion innovation in content development.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders, including Global Brand teams (Category & Regions), Integrated Brand Communication Teams, Legal & Regulatory Teams, E-commerce Teams, Creative Agencies (both online and offline), External Creative Partners and Platform Providers, and an In-House Agency.
Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to assess content effectiveness and impact, encompassing: Brand Health Metrics, Campaign implementation rate of global brand initiatives within business units, Social Media KPIs (global and local), and the success of activations and innovative creative.
Content Innovation & Expertise: Maintain a strong understanding of content trends, creative best practices, editorial and visual standards, agency management, and social media dynamics and insights. Demonstrate the ability to generate exciting, bold, and engaging ideas and narratives that translate into memorable content. Experience developing effective briefs and working with Legal/Regulatory teams. Strong content production skills. A deep understanding of how to achieve brand relevance and impact through strategic content deployment (global to local).
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
8+ years of marketing experience with a strong focus on content strategy and creation.
Proven success managing content campaigns across multiple digital channels.
Experience with global brands or in a multinational setting is preferred.
Experience with FMCG, Health, and/or Nutrition industries will be a big plus.
