We are building a corporate seminar organization platform where users can independently book a venue, catering, a team-building activity, and transportation. This solution does not currently exist in our industry, and the intellectual appeal of this mission lies in simplifying highly complex processes.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Lead Product Manager to join our product team and drive the development of our innovative solutions.

As a Lead Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, managing the product lifecycle, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure an optimal user experience. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Defining and driving the product vision in alignment with the company’s overall strategy.

  • Identifying user needs and translating them into clear and actionable features.

  • Collaborating with design, tech, and business teams to ensure efficient execution.

  • Managing the product backlog, prioritizing developments, and ensuring a coherent roadmap.

  • Monitoring KPIs and adjusting the product strategy based on results and customer feedback.

  • Mentoring and upskilling Product Managers within the team.


Profil recherché

We are looking for a profile with strong experience in product management, the ability to develop impactful product strategies, and a user-centered approach.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with significant leadership experience.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (tech, design, marketing, sales).

  • Excellent leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

  • Proficiency in product management tools

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (EN+FR)

  • Technical mindset: strong interest in technical topics related to product architecture, low-code/no-code solutions, and knowledge of generative AI and its applications.

  • Curiosity: interest in Internet product culture (online communities, newsletters, podcasts, etc.).

  • Proof-based communication: ability to showcase personal, academic, or professional projects.


Déroulement des entretiens

Interview Process Our recruitment process is designed to assess your skills, experience, and alignment with our values.

  1. Pre-qualification interview (30 min):

    • Discussion with our HR team to review your background and motivations.
  2. Technical interview (1h):

    • Discussion with a Product Director to explore your product management skills and methodologies.
  3. Case study (1h30):

    • A product management exercise to assess your ability to identify and solve product challenges.
  4. Final interview (1h):

    • Meeting with the leadership team to evaluate cultural fit and alignment with the company’s vision.
