As our HR Manager, you are responsible for creating and optimizing the candidate and employee experience within WWI, from their first contact to their internal journey.

You will ensure that every interaction with the employer brand is positive and engaging, whether it is to attract new talents or to retain and motivate existing employees.

You will work closely with managers to ensure a strong and inclusive company culture.

🎯 Main responsabilities:

Talent Acquisition:

Design and execute proactive recruitment strategies to identify and attract top candidates ;

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring efficiency and fairness in selection practices ;

Collaborate closely with managers to understand recruitment needs and define job requirements ;

Employee XP:

Develop and implement initiatives to improve the employee experience at all levels of the company ;

Ensure a quality onboarding experience for new hires, promoting a successful and rapid integration ;

Foster a positive and inclusive company culture, supporting internal communication and recognizing employee contributions ;

HR processes:

Advise and support managers in the daily management of their teams ;

Manage HR processes such as performance evaluations, professional development, training, and career management ;

Ensure compliance of HR practices with current labor legislation**.**

Profil recherché

- Higher education degree in Human Resources or business school.

- Significant experience (min. 5 years) as a HR Manager or in a similar role, with a strong appetite for recruitment.

- Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken)

- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and legal regulations.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Proactivity, autonomy, and ability to manage projects.

- Sensitivity to employee needs and ability to create innovative HR programs

  1. A 30’ call with Jessica, Talent Acquisition Manager.

  2. A 30’ interview with Maud, Head of People part-time.

  3. A business case with Robin & Yohann, Cofounders.

  4. A team fit with team members.
