We’re looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team and support our growing operations! 🚀

You’ll be part of the Operation team, led by Alexandre Pegat, Head of Operations. Within the Logistics team, you’ll collaborate with:

  • Customer Relations: Ensure an outstanding customer experience at every stage, from first contact to the delivery.

  • Camille, your manager, overseeing logistics and customer relations

  • Paula & Tou-Zeu, your fellow Logistics Coordinators

Together, you’ll tackle logistics and customer challenges head-on! 💪 You’ll also work closely with the Sales & Ops teams to ensure smooth order processing and seamless logistics.

🎯 Objective: Manage client relationships and logistics, ensuring smooth order processing and fulfillment.

📦 Your Key Responsibilities

  • Order Management: Process e-commerce and B2B orders, create customer files, and manage purchase orders.

  • Delivery Coordination: Schedule and track deliveries, liaise with service providers, and oversee inventory.

  • Customer Relations: Ensure customer satisfaction, handle incident follow-ups, and manage SAV tickets.

  • Billing & Dispute Management: Send invoices, follow up on payments, and resolve any disputes.

  • ERP & Data Management: Maintain accurate records in NetSuite (ERP), create new accounts, and handle quotes.

Profil recherché

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in logistics/customer service with a strong understanding of logistics challenges.

  • Business Mindset: Comfortable with stock and order management, you know how to anticipate and structure processes.

  • Enterprise Experience: You’ve managed complex sales and B2B accounts.

  • International Mindset: You’ve worked in European markets and are fluent in English.

  • Digital Tools: Proficient in Google Suite, Notion, CRM (HubSpot), and if you’re familiar with NetSuite (ERP), that’s a big plus!
