Descriptif du poste

At Work With Island, we’re all about pushing the boundaries of product performance—whether it’s securing our supply chain, improving product features, or reducing after-sales issues.

As part of a team of four, you’ll work directly under the guidance of Tatiana, our Product Performance Manager, to enhance our products and optimize our supply chain in collaboration with our factories.

Your Main Missions

📊 Analyze after-sales data to identify recurring issues and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

🔍 Investigate and propose solutions, working closely with factories and product engineers.

🗓️ Plan and track improvements, setting deadlines and managing retro-planning.

🚀 Lead small projects, handling specifications, timelines, and communication.

🛠️ Conduct field visits to observe product performance and identify areas for improvement.

🏗️ Explore alternative components to enhance performance (cost, acoustics, lighting), secure supply chains, or introduce new features.

🤝 Who You’ll Work With

This role involves collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders, including:

Internal: Leadership team, product engineers, production managers, and after-sales service.

External: Suppliers and factories to find technical solutions, optimize production, and reduce after-sales issues.

💡 If you’re excited by a mix of data analysis, problem-solving, and hands-on collaboration, this internship is for you!
