As part of a team of four, you’ll work directly under the guidance of Tatiana, our Product Performance Manager. Your role? Make sure everything runs smoothly, from sourcing to final delivery!

What you’ll be doing:

🔗 Keeping our supply chain rock-solid in collaboration with Benoit, our Production Manager.
🗜️ Sourcing the best suppliers and components to take our products to the next level.
📦 Managing supplier and component orders based on forecasts and production needs.
📈 Driving product improvements with factories—development, traceability, planning, and smooth communication.
🔍 Tracking key performance indicators (after-sales service rate, client satisfaction, Km0 non-conformity rate) to ensure top-notch quality.
🤩 Problem-solving like a pro—working with factories, carriers, fitters, and product engineers to reduce after-sales issues.
🥇 Making sure every product meets our high standards in all our factories.

• Engineering degree (Industrial, Mechanical, Method, or similar)

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management and project management

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and challenges of a physical product
