Our mission is to bring excitement back to the recruitment process, helping people land their dream job! We are seeking a talented Senior Account Executive with an entrepreneurial spirit to launch and grow the sales of Welcome to the Jungle’s innovative HR technology in the US market.
Based in the North East Coast (preferably the New York area), you will play a pivotal role in our expansion, developing strong relationships with decision-makers in the HR and Talent Acquisition space. Reporting directly to the CEO in New York, you will manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and pipeline management to negotiating and closing deals.
You will help us drive growth in the US by building relationships with prospects and converting them into satisfied users. Your ability to navigate complex sales processes with HR leaders, Talent Acquisition Managers, and other senior decision-makers will be critical to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Entry Strategy: Develop and execute a sales strategy to introduce our recruiting and employer branding technology to 200-1K employee companies in the Northeast US, with test and iterate mode.
Business Development: Identify, target, and engage potential clients, including Talent Acquisition Managers, HR Directors, and C-level executives. Conduct outbound prospecting and nurture inbound leads.
Sales Execution: Own the entire sales cycle—from initial outreach and pitching to negotiating contracts and closing deals. Test and refine strategies to build a high-quality pipeline.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, positioning our solution as a trusted partner to solve their recruitment challenges.
Collaboration with Global Teams: Work closely with internal teams in the UK and France to leverage strategies, share market insights, and ensure consistent messaging.
Performance Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to refine the go-to-market strategy.

What You Bring:
5+ years of experience in a sales or account executive role, ideally in HR technology, SaaS, or recruitment industries.
Proven success in outbound sales: researching accounts, identifying decision-makers, crafting targeted messaging, and closing deals.
Track record of exceeding sales targets in a consultative, solution-selling environment.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Entrepreneurial mindset: You thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and are flexible, adaptable, and eager to collaborate.
Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
Location: Based in the Northeast US, ideally in the New York area, with the ability to travel as needed.
